Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Soft pressing and aging in tanks. Bright coppery colour. Notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate it is finely acidic, good sapidity and great persistence.
