Its a Kit Bag Model, meaning it was made compact enough to be carried and used by medics in the U. S. Army during the war. The top of the box reads MED. DEPT. U. S. ARMY. The contents of the box are all present, and the rubber of the set is miraculously in great condition. We are unsure if it
