This is a very interesting small Cadet Rifle, made using the rolling block system designed by Louis Nicolas Flobert, the inventor of rimfire ammunition. In about a . 30 Caliber rimfire the barrel is fully rifled. The walnut wood stock goes almost to the muzzle and has three iron barrel bands. The trigger guard and the Butt plate are also of iron.
