This is an incredible unissued Vietnam War era KS-4A (2) Still Picture Camera Set by Graflex

with the brass data plate and ring dial being painted directly over

but it is not unreasonable to think it could have been used by any ranking officer of that time

It consists of a heavy glass bottle with a smaller glass vial nested inside. The dual bottle arrangement kept two chemical solutions separated. As with all deactivated ordnance, this is Not Available for Export. The Blendkrper were thrown against tanks, smashing the glass
