This is a very nice and German WWII second Pattern RLB (Reichs Luftschutz Bund) Cotton Armband. The blue cotton band is still very soft, with the embroidered swas and starburst organizational emblem of the Reichsluftschutzbund still in excellent condition. More so, the back of the RLB armband is manufacturer marked Bevo Wuppertal indicating its manufacture by Bandfabrik Ewald Vorsteher in Wuppertal, Germany. All in
